Dyna dispatch platform is a graphical voice dispatch system introduced by Dyna Technology Co., Ltd, which can real-time display the current status of every terminal. System components:
The system consists of three parts: IP dispatch machine, dispatch platform and dispatch terminal.

IP dispatch machine:
IP dispatch machine is the core of the whole system, dispatch platform and terminals must be connected to the IP dispatch machine, then they can work properly; IP dispatch machine can provide FXO port and optional E1 interface, with these interfaces you can connect the machine to the PSTN, PBX and other external communication systems.

Dispatch platform:
Dispatch platform consists of platform hardware and platform software. All dispatch platforms are connected to dispatch machine through IP network, in order to achieve a variety of dispatch operations.

Dispatch Terminal:
Dispatch terminals have USB phone, IP phone, Wi-Fi phone and a variety of types for users’ choosing according to their actual needs.
